walking along sussex street in wynyard this morning to a job interview .. there was a bill poster that caught my eye.... cos on it was the slogan a life less ordinary .. which incidentally is the name of my blog.. and what was it advertising? the 'hey sister' range of women's lingerie.. apparently some brand from NZ but the website they gave doesn't work! .. and yes .. the slogan caught my eye before the pictures on it :)

Finally cut my hair today after so long. Trust me to cut it when its one of the colder days *shivers* Went to some asian place to cut it which charges me almost half the price of my usual.. but hmm i still think i prefer my usual hairdresser. oh well, next time.
note to self: shake head of all hair remaining on head before eating lunch otherwise you will end up with bits of hair in your plate of food.

watched pirates of the caribbean: curse of the black pearl at night. also watched finding nemo earlier in the day. nice movies indeeed. gotta love tightass tuesdays :D
friend said orlando bloom looked like luke perry (of 90210 and original buffy movie fame) in the movie. hmm i dont quite see the close resemblance... not that i'd want to remember what perry looks like. ick. although keira knightley sorta looked like kate winslet a lil to me.. slightly.. not that i'd want to remember what winslet looks like either. hehe

and what a cute clownfish nemo is. but they aint funny. what a shame. if only fish could talk. they would be funny joke tellers indeed.

bad boys 2 is out today. well.. 2 days from the date of this post but in reality is going to be released today.
tombraider 2 is out next week. hmmm sequels galore.

I should be at work by now and cleaning the place. Vacuuming, tidying and workin up a sweat. mm yes. nice. should only take 25mins or so hopefully.

I just sat for one of those online assessments for a graduate job I applied for. 2 cognitive tests and a workplace preference test. How they expect people to answer 51 questions in 20 minutes I have no idea, though they do say people aren't meant to finish them. I would be surprised if they could .. answering at least 2 questions a minute. Thought I should've done a bit better.. but my brain wasn't working properly... must've been too many of those emode tests I did before, questions they covered were similar in questioning.. then having to do 84(!) workplace preference questions answering what you would most like to do. eesh.
man i hope i get through .. i only managed to answer about 30 odd cognitive questions and probably half the second lot of cognitive test questions.. The testing centre was even nice nough to release results straight away to see how you went. Pretty sucky. My Cognitive Ability results indicate average .. 51% better than the others in the IT industry.. man doesn't sound too good for me and workplace preference profile sorta is in line with myself..
now just hope the co thinks these results are good nuff. can't wait. Application deadline for this job was suppose to be next friday, i applied the weekend they released the ad, and notified for assessment 2 days later.. how exciting.. wonder how long they'll take to notify if successful or not mmmmm

time to rest my brain now.

The right hand is wired to compel the right foot to move in a specific manner and the tendency is very difficult to fight mentally.

So if your strong minded, you can overcome this mental problem and fight it. Go on. I dares ya.
